30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for your item.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at orders@conecrafter.com. Upon approval of your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can promptly address the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as special orders and personalized items, are not eligible for return. If you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Should 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, please contact us at keith@conecrafter.com.
